This work is hand made. Minor variations are to be expected. Unless otherwise noted, we recommend that you clean your pieces with a simple combination of baking soda and water. Make a paste, clean with a soft bristle toothbrush and pat dry. This is the mildest possible cleaner you can use.

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We highly suggest that when mailing an item for exchange that you insure the package for the retail value and send using a traceable delivery shipping service. We are not responsible for returned items that are lost in shipment.
