This work is hand made.  Minor variations are to be expected.  Unless otherwise noted, we recommend that you clean your pieces with a simple combination of baking soda and water.  Make a paste, clean with a soft bristle toothbrush and pat dry.  This is the mildest possible cleaner you can use.

Emma wants you to be delighted with your jewelry purchase. If your piece does not meet your expectations it can be exchanged within 15 days and returned within 15 days for store credit. We are sorry but we cannot accept returns/exchanges after 15 days. Shipping charges are not refundable. Custom and special orders and discounted items are non-returnable. Deposits on custom and special orders are non-refundable.

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We highly suggest that when mailing an item for exchange that you insure the package for the retail value and send using a traceable delivery shipping service. We are not responsible for returned items that are lost in shipment.

Store credit is non-transferable and must be used within one year (12 months) from the issue date.
